Beyond her certification as an etiquette consultant, Denise Marcía brings a wealth of multidisciplinary experience. Her career includes serving as Executive Concierge for two major hotel chains in Los Angeles, CA; working as A&R Director and Executive Producer for a leading Gospel record label in Los Angeles and Nashville; and creating a hospitality brand for a boutique bank in Nashville.

As a professional actor, Denise holds a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts from Howard University and is a former and proud member of SAG/AFTRA and Actor’s Equity unions. This theatrical background ensures that her sessions are as entertaining as they are informative.

For more than 20 years, Denise has helped educators shape the character of college students, elevated the authenticity and integrity of entrepreneurs, and increased the professional influence and credibility of corporate staff and executive leadership.
